Conan Sandberg is a Business Information Security Officer at Trimble, where he serves as the liaison for Trimble’s corporate cybersecurity and business segment teams. In his role, he leads efforts to reduce risk, build security reviews into product designs and implement solutions to mitigate any vulnerabilities that arise in Trimble’s transportation business. Additionally, he educates Trimble’s sales force, providing them with the knowledge and tools to promote Trimble’s competitive advantage in the cybersecurity space with current and prospective customers.

Sandberg is experienced in IT governance and risk management. He has held senior positions in IT and cybersecurity, leading with broad cloud expertise across multiple CSPs and platforms, at UnitedHealth Group, the NSA and the United States Air Force. Sandberg holds a master’s degree in business administration from Western Governors University, and he holds a top secret or sensitive compartmented information (TS/SCI) clearance.
