Our interview process
Our goal is to have a thorough interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial fit – while still moving quickly. Most positions have a 3-step interview process consisting of meeting with a recruiter, the hiring manager and team members you’d work closely with at NetSPI.
For pentesting roles, we incorporate a technical lab assessment as an additional step to showcase your skills. We want you to leave our interview process having a clear picture of what it would be like to be part of #TeamNetSPI!
